Laboratory freeze dryer shutdown steps

The operation steps of the freeze dryer in the laboratory, taking the traditional bell-type as an example, the freeze dryer manufacturer organizes the following for you:

1. Insert the inflation valve, and turn off the power switch of the "vacuum pump" at the same time, so that the air slowly enters the cold hydrazine. If inert gas needs to be filled, connect the decompression conduit of the inert gas to the "inflating port";

2. Turn off "vacuum" and "refrigeration", if it is not used for a long time, directly unplug the power cord of the device;

3. Lift the plexiglass cover, take out the freeze-dried sample, save it, and finish the vacuum freeze-drying;

4. After the ice in the cold trap turns into water, the water needs to be removed from the quick inflation valve port, and the operation is similar to that of inflation;

5. Clean up the moisture and impurities in the cold trap, and properly maintain the equipment;

6. For multi-manifold laboratory freeze dryers, the rubber valves should be closed one by one and the freeze-drying bottles should be removed before repeating the above shutdown operations;
