The structure of food freeze dryer
The structure of the food freeze-drying machine is mainly composed of five parts: drying chamber, vacuum system, heating system, water vapor condenser (cold trap), and control system.
1. Drying warehouse: The box is made of 204 stainless steel. The box adopts a round cabin structure to meet food safety requirements and is easy to clean to ensure hygiene and anti-corrosion.
2. Vacuum system: The air is pumped quickly, and the drying chamber can be evacuated to a predetermined vacuum degree in a short time, and the vacuum in the chamber can be maintained during the production process.
3. Heating system: Heating the materials in the drying box so that the materials can continuously obtain sublimation heat so that the items can meet the specified moisture content requirements. The heating system of the freeze dryer has different heating methods. In contact heating, We use circulating medium heating method.
4. Water vapor condenser (cold trap): The specially designed water vapor condenser (cold trap) is passed through low-temperature refrigerant during the production process, so that the water vapor sublimated by the food condenses into ice on the surface of the coil. The water vapor condenser has the best water-capturing capacity. It is strong and can work continuously, thereby improving the freeze-drying capacity of the entire equipment.
5. Control system (electrical automatic control): The system control of the equipment's refrigeration, vacuum, heating and other systems can realize automated management in the production process. Its main parameters such as vacuum degree and temperature can be randomly detected, and various parameters can be programmed through computers. Freeze-drying process curves to meet different product quality and technical requirements. The color display monitors equipment operation intuitively; data and curves are automatically printed. The equipment is also equipped with manual operation for easy debugging.
