1. The structure of the piston compressor

A piston compressor is mainly composed of a motor, steam valve, cylinder liner, steam volume adjustment, crankshaft, connecting rod assembly, piston assembly, shaft seal, body assembly, lubrication system, etc. The steam valve is mainly composed of a valve seat, valve plate, steam valve spring, and lift limiter.

2. Compared with traditional reciprocating refrigeration compressors, screw refrigeration compressors have great advantages.

①High working efficiency. There is no need to convert rotary motion into reciprocating motion, which reduces the mechanical loss caused by it; there is no re-expansion process without residual gas in the clearance volume, no sliding friction, and no need to set suction and exhaust valve plates, indicating Both the efficiency and the mechanical efficiency are higher than the efficiency.

②Good energy regulation. The relative adjustment ability of reciprocating compressors is poor, while screw compressors are outstanding in this regard. Their cooling capacity can be adjusted steplessly between 15% and 100%. When the cooling capacity is adjusted between 60% and 100%, its power consumption and cooling capacity change in the same proportion.

③Good running performance. Due to the simple structure of the screw refrigeration compressor, the number of parts is only 1/10 of the piston type, the compressor is reliable, safe, small in amplitude, strong in adaptability, and has good performance in the application of high and low turbidity refrigeration.
