Freeze dryer vacuum rate test

(1) Start the freeze dryer. According to the process requirements of freeze-dried products, set the vacuum degree of the freeze-drying machine to 25Pa, and carry out the vacuum test, which needs to be repeated 3 times.

(2) Eligibility criteria. When the vacuum degree is below 25 Pa, the required time is ≤40 min (refer to JB/T20032-2012, the industry standard for medicinal vacuum freeze-drying machines, and combine with the product process requirements).
