Freeze-dried coffee production process
"Freeze-dried coffee" is a kind of coffee obtained from coffee liquid through freeze-drying technology, which can preserve the original flavor of the coffee. And it is convenient to use, easy to carry, can be brewed anytime, anywhere, and is highly sought after by the majority of coffee lovers!
Kassel coffee "freeze dryer" in the coffee production process, the process: coffee roasting → extraction → concentration → pre-freezing → freeze-drying → weighing → packaging.

(1) Coffee extract: completed in the extraction workshop;
(2) Freeze-concentration: freeze-concentration equipment freezes the extract under low-temperature conditions, separates and removes the ice crystals, and obtains a freeze-concentrated concentrate;
(3) Pre-freezing: through the freezing equipment, the freezing temperature is about -50 °C, and the freezing temperature is about -50 °C, and the thickness of the frozen sheet is less than 1.5 cm to ensure that the freezing is not delaminated;
(4) Primary drying: Primary drying is performed at about -30~0℃;
(5) Analytical drying: Analytical drying is performed at about 10~60°C;
Finally, "freeze-dried coffee" with a water content of about 3% is obtained and then weighed and sealed for packaging.
It is very important to select the freeze dryer equipment in the freeze-dried coffee design, and the equipment must meet the freeze-drying process requirements.
