Drug lyophilization curve program

After freeze-drying, biological products have certain physical forms, such as uniform color, qualified residual moisture content, good solubility, high survival rate, or long shelf life. Therefore, it is not only necessary to control the freeze-drying process and the sealed preservation after freeze-drying, but more importantly, to comprehensively control the parameters of each stage of the freeze-drying process, in order to obtain high-quality products. The freeze-drying curve and sequence are the basic basis for freeze-drying process control.

The freeze-drying curve and sequence are not only the basis for manual operation of the freeze-drying machine but also the basis for automatic control of the operation of the freeze-drying machine. For example, when using the cam method and the drum method for the automatic control of the freeze-drying machine, the scribing basis of the cam and the drum is the freeze-drying curve and timing. The basis is also the freeze-drying curve and the time sequence, and the freeze-drying curve and the time sequence are input into the storage of the microcomputer with the operation keyboard according to certain requirements of the microcomputer.

The freeze-drying curve is the relationship between the temperature and time of the plating layer in the freeze-drying box. Generally, the temperature is the ordinate and the time is the abscissa. It reflects the temperature change of the plating layer at different times during the freeze-drying process.

The freeze-drying sequence is the opening and closing operation of various equipment at different times during the freeze-drying process.

The lyophilization curve is based on the lamella because the product temperature is governed by the lamella temperature. Controlling the layer temperature also controls the product temperature.
