In April 2021, Kassel Machinery (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the "FFC 2021 China Functional Food Conference"; to help high-end deep processing of biological products, fruit and vegetable products, traditional Chinese medicine and health food. We have discussed technological innovation, product innovation, market trends, policy standards, etc. together with more than a thousand representatives of the functional food industry, including top experts and leading enterprises in the industry, to build an ecological chain of the freeze-dried food industry and solve the whole process of functional food development.3
According to the development status and trend of global nutritional functional food, nutritional health care and special food regulations and standards, the status and development of special food industry, and the future trend of personalized and precise nutrition; we introduce special food, probiotics, bioactive peptides, natural products, Freeze-dried development and industrial development of functional polysaccharides; freeze-dried finished products were displayed for new products such as functional food, health food, food for special medical purposes, dietary supplements and raw materials/ingredients.
Through close cooperation with many customers around the world, Kassel goes out to the world, improves user experience, enhances product competitiveness, and enables better development of freeze-dried products.
