There are two types of milk powder production process: dry method and wet method. The wet production process is more complicated and requires many milk powder processing machines. The main equipment for pretreatment is milk purification machine, homogenizing machine, it is best to have sterilization machine, concentration equipment, drying equipment, packaging equipment, some auxiliary equipment, boilers, and sewage treatment, etc. The product has good uniformity ,stable physical and chemical indicators. The dry production process is relatively simple; there are mainly mixing machine and packing machine. The uniformity of the product is not as good as that of the wet process, but the heat-sensitive nutrients are easy to add. The requirements for workshops are higher, and GMP workshops are generally used.
