Fruit and Vegetable Pulper

Structural features and working principle: The machine is mainly composed of three counter-pressing rollers, two knife rollers, one feeding roller, a feeding hopper, a pulping hopper, a leather hopper, a frame, and a transmission. When working, turn on the power supply and pour the material into the feeding hopper. The material first passes through the middle of the two knife rollers, and is pressed into the middle of the two knife rollers by the feeding roller for cutting. Passion fruit pulp with seeds is discharged from the pulping hopper. The skin is further pressed by three pressing rollers and then discharged from the skin hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of pulp extraction.

2. Passion fruit peeler and pulper

Structural features and working principle: The machine is mainly composed of a frame, a cutting knife, a pulp scraper, a peeling bucket, a pulp outlet, and a transmission part. When working, the fruit is manually placed at the entrance of the cutting knife. Then place the slitted passion fruit on the digging scraper for digging, so as to obtain the passion fruit puree with seeds; the machine is made of stainless steel except for the transmission parts, and the blade is made of high-speed steel.
