Pharmaceutical freeze dryer switching operation

1. Preparation before starting

1.1. Ensure that the load of the power connection line is greater than the rated load of the freeze dryer, and confirm that the freeze dryer is properly grounded.

1.2. Ensure that the pneumatic pipeline, drainage pipeline, and cleaning pipeline are well connected and allocated as required.

1.3. Check that the pressure relay and temperature relay are set accurately.

1.4. Check the trachea connection of each control valve.

2. Start-up process

After completing the items described above, start the freeze dryer by following these steps:

2.1. Open the air supply valve of the pneumatic system

2.2. Turn on the main power switch

2.3. Turn on the motor protector of the main components

2.4, open the air plastic breaker

2.5. Turn on the control computer and log in to the control system

2.6. Turn on the control power key and switch the control to remote mode.

3. Shutdown process

When the user needs to shut down, first exit from the control system, and then shut down according to the reverse sequence of the power-on sequence.
