Freeze-dried royal jelly

(1) Filtration: Add the same amount of distilled water to the royal jelly, stir well, and then filter with a 100 mesh nylon screen to remove the impurities in it. The filtered royal jelly is loaded into the tray of the lyophilizer, and the thickness of the royal jelly is 8~10 mm, or packed into ampoules. Do not seal for the time being, put into the freeze-drying room.
(2) Vacuum low-temperature drying: turn on the lyophilizer, reduce the temperature of the vacuum drying chamber to -40, so that the royal jelly freezes quickly, and then control the vacuum degree at about 133 kPa, so that the temperature of the royal jelly is kept at about -25 °C, and the temperature of the condenser is controlled at about -50 °C, forming a large vapor pressure difference and promoting the discharge of water vapor. At the same time, the freeze-drying chamber parts are heated and transferred to the material tray to promote moisture sublimation. After the vacuum low temperature continues to dry for about 12 hours, the moisture in royal jelly has dropped to about 10%, at this time the purpose of drying has been initially achieved, but it cannot be stored for a long time, and it must continue to dry. At this time, the temperature of the drying room can be increased to 30 °C, not more than 40 °C, for 4~5 hours, so that the water can evaporate quickly, so that the moisture content of royal jelly is reduced to about 2%, that is, the drying process is completed.
