The main components of the instant coffee production line:

1. Pretreatment refers to screening and cleaning of raw coffee beans, to remove foreign objects such as metals, stones, dust, etc., as well as broken beans and mold beans.

2. Roasting refers to the complex physical and chemical reactions of the substances contained in the coffee bean during roasting to form the unique aroma of coffee.

3. Grinding refers to the process of grinding the roasted coffee beans into particles of a certain size in order to improve the extraction efficiency

4. Extraction refers to extracting the active ingredients of coffee into water under a certain temperature and pressure.

5. Concentration refers to increasing the concentration of coffee (generally 40%) at a lower temperature (-50°C) by vacuum concentration, which is mainly for the convenience of drying operations.

6. Drying, which is the process of forming instant coffee powder, is also the process that has the greatest impact on the quality of coffee powder in the whole processing process.
