The ideal way to coffee extraction:

①steeping

According to the different of grinding degree and water temperature, the degree of contact between the coffee and water will be affected. The extraction of different finished products was also affected by the stirring of the coffee powder and the speed of the separation of the coffee powder.


②decoction

It refers to the method of mixing coffee powder and water in a container and boiling it.


③percolation

The brewing chamber containing ground coffee powder is heated directly and the steam pressure is used to circulate the hot water to extract the coffee. When the water boils, it turns into steam, which passes through a hopper containing ground coffee, and then flows out through a tube, and the cycle repeats.


④drip filtration

Drip filtration refers to a simple method of pouring coffee powder into a filter and filling it with hot water, and then using a glass pot or a coffee insulation pot to filter out the extract. The flavor of coffee will change depending on the water temperature, filter cup, and filter paper type.


⑤Vacuum filtration

The most representative vacuum filtration is the siphon pot. It is an extraction method that uses two upper and lower glass pots and combines steeping.


⑥Pressurized infusion

Espresso is a method of pressure extraction of ground coffee powder using high temperature, high pressure water.
