On-off operation of pharmaceutical freeze dryer

On-off operation of pharmaceutical freeze dryer:

1. Preparation before starting

1.1 Make sure that the load of the power connection line is greater than the rated load of the freeze dryer, and confirm that the freeze dryer is properly grounded.

1.2 Make sure that the pneumatic pipeline, drainage pipeline, and cleaning pipeline are well connected and distributed as required.

1.3 Check that the pressure relay and temperature relay are set accurately.

1.4 Check the trachea connection of each control valve

2. Start-up process

After completing the items above, follow the steps below to start the freeze dryer

2.1 Open the air supply valve of the pneumatic system

2.2 Turn on the main power switch

2.3 Turn on the motor protector of the main components

2.4 Open the small air plastic breaker

2.5 Turn on the control computer and log in to the control system

2.6 Turn on the control power key and switch the control to remote mode.

3. Shutdown process

When the user needs to shut down, the first exit from the control system, and then shut down according to the reverse sequence of the power-on sequence.
