Freeze Dryer for Food Processing

The raw materials→checked and selected→wash → shape (cut) → blanche→freeze→freeze-drying → measuring and packing → vacuum packing.

(2) Solid meat

Solid meat is freeze-dried into ready-to-eat meat with a certain shape. The process flow is as follows:

Raw materials → thawing → washing → deboning, tendons, fat, fat → cutting → rolling, kneading, adding seasonings → moulding → cooking → cooling → moulding → shaping (cutting) → measuring plate → pre-freezing → freeze-drying →measuring and packing →vacuum packing.

(3) Liquid and paste food

Liquid and paste foods are freeze-dried into granular or powdered foods. The process flow is as follows.

Raw materials→check and select→wash→juicing→concentration→packing→freezing→low temperature crushing→screening→plating→freeze-drying→metering and packing→vacuum packing

In the above-mentioned technological process, the process before pre-freezing is habitually called pre-external treatment, and the process after freeze-drying is called post-external treatment.
