Strawberry Industrial Large Freeze Dryer

Freeze-drying is the process of removing water or other solvents from frozen  biological products by sublimation.  Sublimation is the process by which a solvent, like water, goes directly from a solid to a gas, rather than a liquid, like dry ice.

The product from freeze-drying is called strawberry industrial large freeze dryer, and the process is called  lyophilization.  Conventional drying causes the material to shrink and damage cells.   The structure of the sample is not damaged during freeze drying because the solid  component is supported by solid ice in its position.

As the ice sublimates, it leaves pores in the dry residue.  This preserves the  biological and chemical structure of the product and the integrity of its activity.

Electric/steam heating is optional

The indirect heating method uses circulating pump and plate heat exchanger to provide uniform heat for the plate layer

High stability medium is selected to ensure that the heating temperature meets the customer's requirements

The strawberry industrial large freeze dryer can be controlled manually or automatically with multiple passwords and electronic signatures.

Friendly man-machine interface, detailed display of the working state of the equipment.  PLC control, constant temperature heating

and phase heating control optional.

There is interlocking protection and automatic fault alarm function for the power source for lyophilization operation.

Can be connected with the computer, remote real-time monitoring equipment run. Automatic record and storage of lyophilized data and

lyophilized curve, with data storage function of power failure.
