1. The semi-finished products are packed in stainless steel trays and placed in the freeze-drying box. At the same time, a movable frame is added, so that the stainless steel tray can be removed after placing the sheets, which ensures the good heat transfer performance between the freeze-dried sheets and the medicines. And the uniformity of product temperature: it is very important to ensure that the temperature of the product is uniform in the process of freeze-drying drugs. If the temperature is not uniform, first of all, we cannot accurately judge the proper state of the product according to the reflection of the equipment control instrument, and how to correct the temperature of the product. Relying on instrumentation to guide process steps can result in poor product quality. Secondly, the uneven temperature leads to the prolongation of the technological process of the product, resulting in great losses in manpower and material resources, and the product qualification rate is also a major test.

2. Refrigerate the freeze-drying box shelf too -30°C and balance for 30 minutes, then continue to cool the freeze-drying box to about -45°C and start to keep for 4.5 hours. When returning, the product temperature is in the range of the lowest temperature -39°C ~ -43°C internal changes. Afterward, it is transferred to the water catcher for refrigeration according to the state of the product.

3. Turn on the vacuum system

The vacuum is stable, and after reaching the required vacuum degree, it can be slowly heated to the end of freeze-drying.

This process is not universal, but different product properties and pharmacology have different process conditions.
