Precautions for the use and operation of the 40 square pharmaceutical freeze dryer:

1. It is forbidden to use pipelines as load-bearing escalators.

2. Please read the instruction manual carefully before operating the equipment, and operate the machine only after passing the training.

3. The random computer is used as a special computer for machine operation. It is forbidden to install other software at will, and it is forbidden to connect with other mobile hardware devices to prevent the invasion of computer viruses;

4. When the board rises as a whole, it is best not to exceed 500mm between the lower bracket and the bottom of the box to prevent the metal hose from being pulled out.

5. After cooling with the jacket cooling water, please ensure that the water in the jacket is drained cleanly to prevent the water in the jacket from freezing into ice and cracking the jacket; be sure to open the jacket vent valve when drainage is required, and it is recommended to keep the drain valve always open.

6. Before the tamping operation, it must be ensured that the vials are evenly covered with each layer. If the vial is not evenly covered with layers, there is a risk of crushing the vial during the corking operation. If the vials are not enough to cover the entire board, make sure that the vials are evenly distributed on the board.

7. The sterile filter may be under pressure or under pressure, and it is forbidden to disassemble it during the use of the equipment.

8. When it is necessary to check the relevant system for leaks, it is recommended to use nitrogen to pressurize, and not use other gases to avoid danger.

9. Before any welding operation on or near the freeze dryer, please cut off the power supply to the PLC and all electronic equipment to ensure that the welding arc disturbance will not cause damage to the electronic equipment.

10. Hydraulic working safety pressure of oil cylinder:

Working pressure of plate lift cylinder: 20~80bar

Working pressure of mushroom valve cylinder: 20~60bar

The maximum working pressure of the oil cylinder cannot exceed 80bar

Exceeding the above pressure operation may cause damage to the machine, please contact the manufacturer in time;

11. Before opening the door of the electrical cabinet, make sure that the main power is turned off. If the equipment is installed with a UPS power supply, even if the main power switch of the electrical cabinet is turned off, there is still a danger of high voltage. Please refer to the relevant electrical drawings.

12. In order to ensure the normal operation of the freeze dryer, we recommend operating the freeze dryer under ambient conditions below 32°C.

13. When the machine is transported or placed in place, the center of gravity of the machine must be grasped to prevent the machine from tipping over.
