Cryogenic Refrigerator Device
1. Device for liquefying air, oxygen and nitrogen: The single-stage Stirling refrigerator can produce a low temperature of 77K, which can be used to directly liquefy air, oxygen and nitrogen under normal pressure. This machine is equipped with a purifying cooling condenser and a thermal insulation layer on the outside of the cold head of the refrigerator for purifying and liquefying the gas. When the machine works normally, the temperature of the cold head drops to 77K, which creates a certain degree of vacuum in the outer space of the condenser. At this time, the cork on the top is pulled out, and the air (when connected to the oxygen and nitrogen bottles, it is oxygen, Nitrogen) is inhaled, gradually cooled and purified in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and then liquefied through the outside of the condenser. Finally, the liquefied gas flows out through the outlet pipe in the direction of the arrow.
2. Device for liquefying bag, neon and helium: two-stage St, G-M and SV refrigerators can be used to directly liquefy hydrogen, neon and other gases under normal pressure. Generally, the devices used in this kind of occasions are mostly St machines, and G-M or SV refrigerators are used when the vibration is required to be extremely small and the cold day is small.
3. Cryogenic pump device: The cryogenic pump device is a device that uses the principles of low temperature condensation, cold capture and low temperature adsorption to extract gas to obtain a clean and pollution-free high vacuum.
