The freeze-drying process of the fig freeze dryer machine mainly includes the following steps:
1. Raw fruit inspection and cleaning;
2. Then cut into 2, 4, or 6 pieces manually, or use a dicing machine with a size of 3X3X3, 6X6X6 to cut into cubes,
3. Spread the cut fruits evenly and evenly, and place them below -40°C for quick freezing, so that the central temperature of the fig fruit reaches -30°C within 3 hours.
4. Put the quick-frozen fruits into the freeze-drying chamber of the fig freeze-drying machine, set the fruit and vegetable freeze-drying curve process, and start the freeze-drying process.
5. Wait for the freeze-drying program to finish automatically, take out the freeze-dried dried figs, after manual selection, metal detection, and acceptance, measure and pack them, and store them in a warehouse below 25°C and relative humidity below 60%.
