Liquid Freeze Dryer, Liquid Freeze Drying Technology
Liquid freeze dryer generally refers to freeze-drying equipment used for liquid vacuum freeze-drying, such as freeze-drying of vegetable and fruit juices, freeze-drying of various soups, cosmetic liquids, plant extracts, instant drinks and other freeze-drying applications. Liquids are generally composed of a solute and a solvent, and the solvent is generally water. Therefore, a solid freeze-dried powder is obtained after vacuum freeze-drying of liquid items.
The principle of liquid freeze-drying technology is to pre-freeze the liquid material at a low temperature (pre-freezing temperature: food is generally around -35°C), and then control the temperature under vacuum conditions to make the frozen solid ice crystals into a vapor state, and then The vaporous water is extracted by vacuuming (the water is captured by the cold trap) to obtain the dried solid powder.
