Continuous Production Type Freeze Dryer

At present, there are mainly intermittent and continuous types of freeze-dryers in production. The most common type in our country is batch-type freeze-dryers.

The continuous production type freeze dryer comprises a product particle forming device, a vacuum primary drying device, a vacuum secondary drying device, and a charging device which are connected in sequence through a vacuum control joint. The prepared solution is made into spherical product particles through the product particle forming device, the spherical product particles enter the vacuum primary drying device through the vacuum control joint, and the spherical product particles are initially dried in the vacuum primary drying device.

At the discharge end of the vacuum primary drying device, the product particles enter the vacuum secondary drying device through the vacuum control joint, and the product particles are subjected to secondary drying in the vacuum secondary drying device. After the secondary drying of the product granules is completed, they enter the charging device through the vacuum control joint, and the product granules are loaded into the pre-prepared medicine bottle, and then capped and sealed. The whole production process can be carried out continuously.
