【Fruit and vegetable freeze-drying process】

1. Pre-treatment of fruits and vegetables: Clean the fruits and vegetables, peel and core, then cut them into equal-sized blocks (or slices and strips, which can be processed according to product requirements), and then lay them flat in the freeze dryer. In the stainless steel tray, put the tray on the shelf of the material trolley.

2. Vacuum freeze-drying: push the material trolley into the drying chamber of the Kassel food freeze-drying machine for low-temperature freeze-drying. The freeze-drying time is 18-30 hours.

3. Freeze-drying post-processing: The freeze-dried fruit and vegetable products are strictly controlled under certain temperature and humidity conditions, and are packaged and stored in accordance with the requirements of conventional production licenses.

4. Quality control (inspection): ① Sensory indicators, sensory inspection of the finished product after freeze-drying. The inspection indicators include color, tissue morphology, taste and smell, and foreign impurities. ② Determination of moisture content and rehydration rate.
